One PAIR of coups is awarded for each camp-out, whether
one- or two-night.
All youths and adults registered Troop are entitled to coups.
The Scoutmaster may award special coups to recognize specific events,
ex: shell casings for pistol shooting.
Shaped Coups are awarded in the color of the corresponding weather of the event (where possible).
